Course Outline

MST Course Outline

The suggested course outline, below, is simply a suggestion. You are welcome to do units in any order, although I would suggest that if you are starting for the first time you use Year 7-8 units for all age-groups. You may even want to start with some Lite Units while you find your way.

Each unit is based around a similar pattern, moving through four stages (see below). The idea is to spend much more time discussing and wrestling with ideas than writing or researching online. We want our students to learn to think, to learn to justify their thoughts, to learn to dig deeper than the obvious or immediate - to glimpse something of the complexity and wonder of God, starting where they are.

No faith is assumed and very little Christian knowledge is necessary before beginning each unit.
